We Have to Love More

In the face of great adversity or pain, it's tempting to withdraw...
but during these times we have to love more.

I am struck today at just how precarious and precious life is.
It's a wonder, and yet sometimes we lose sight of the wonder.
I am going to be grateful today for all that I have which is an incredible amount!
Wonderful kids.
A great husband.
Strong support systems.
A loving extended family.
My grandmother who lives close to me.
A garden plot in the middle of a city!
A great city to call home.
A blessed school for my son to go to.
A loving caregiver for my other son.
Some really good friends.
The world really does operate on the principle of love.
When the going gets tough, we have to remember everything that we have but also to love more. To love big.
