Lunching and Volunteering

Basically my day was filled with both.
I had lunch with my sis and her hubbie and Brian and then did work on my rewrites since my would-be agent wants them AGAIN.
Not that I am complaining. It is good to be in that situation.
And then I did my volunteer job sitting on the editorial committee at the newspaper for the homeless...which is totally cool and good, and I'm glad I do it.
In Kellen news, he had some crabby interludes today and was a wild man at the library....He is in the terrible two stage though he rocks and is the cutest being ever. He also is curious, engaged, and has zero patience. He wants stuff now. He wants to touch, taste, feel, and smell. He wants everything. I get it. It must be hard being 2. Suddenly you wake up to the world and realize that there is this huge amount of stuff going on around you all the time...It must be wild. No wonder kids tantrum...It would be frustrating on some levels to want to do stuff and not be able to do it.
His birthday is coming up...this weekend...can't wait! He will officially be 2!
