Barney...Play Ball!

Our lives has become full of...
that purple dinosaur
named Barney. It's pretty intense.
Kellen is addicted, and while we don't watch TV in our family, we have made excetions for the singing dinosaur, whom my husband finds Entirely Horrid.
I remember when Barney was introduced.
Brian came home from the TV station (PBS) telling me about the android children and the terrifying "niceness" of Barney.
It is funny, but if you watch the kids' faces they look more than a little scary. No one is THAT happy. There's something unnatural about it.
But the songs are catchy...
Yesterday, Brian noticed that the kids are all in a school when they play with Barney.
"What happened to the other kids?" Brian asked.
"Barney ate them," Aidan answered.
That was pretty classic. Aidan is getting a cool sense of humor.
