February...and Migraine = Mental Funk

Well, it was bound to happen.
A migraine was bound to be born out of all the sugar I've been eating lately...
And alight it did, yesterday evening...
Mental fog descending...
It matches the mood I have toward February.
My friend says that Feb is better here than November when everything is dark.
That is true. It is lighter here now in the evenings.
But it is just darn cold and snowy.

I am starting a new knitting pattern, a prayer shawl.
I can't wait to get started and to find the right yarn...Pretty fun.
As for my headache, the end is in sight...
It has to be...And tomorrow, we will be two days into February.
