No Nap, No...?
Kellen is on a nap strike.
It is driving me nuts.
He obviously is tired...rubbing his eyes...
And yet he won't go down.
I am not asking for much: just a little nap.
If he doesn't sleep, he is a crabby-headed little guy in the afternoon...
Ah, the parenting dilemma...
Both of my boys were/are not great nappers.
I have a theory that it is because so much energy goes through their little boy bodies...
And so they don't want to sleep.
I am NOT complaining here...not really...though the No Nap Syndrome does wear on me as does the No Sleep at Night syndrome...Apparently, these are poor sleep habits from when he had reflux.
My theory is that if I can teach him to nap, we can go back to semi-normal family existence where everyone sleeps as much as she or he needs in a given day.
Brian JUST woke up after being up last night...and letting me sleep...
Does anyone have any ideas on how to Transform sleep time into magical soothing wonder time, so an entire family can get some rest?
