Craigs' List: House for Sale

I listed our house on Craigs' list today, and we got a call this afternoon.
Whoa.
So now we are going to call the buyer, and he might come see it.
Meanwhile, we have a realtor who is supposed to come tomorrow, and we are supposed to list the house with him.
Pretty Exciting.
We want to sell the house before the market crashes, and we are STUCK in this town.
Even if I didn't leave my job, we would move back to Vermont and I'd commute.
I used to joke with my friend Annie that she was leaving me in Hotel California (the song) when she left.
This town isn't working for us as a place to Live though it's Very Fine as a place to work...
I really can't say what will happen for us beyond this May...We are here until then...
